Meet the Founder: Katherine Marra
My journey into the world of creativity and branding began with a fascination for design and digital media during my high school years. Pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management at Kansas State University provided me with a strong foundation in leadership and management, but it was clear that my true passion lay elsewhere.

After moving back to St. Louis post-college, I explored various career paths until I landed a role at STLSITTER, a local childcare company. What started as a part-time position quickly evolved as I leveraged my skills to expand the business, manage our team, and develop comprehensive training programs. Over the years, I transitioned into the role of Chief of Creative Operations & User Experience, where I discovered the perfect blend of creativity and strategic planning.

With this experience under my belt, I launched The Marra Method by Marra Management & Media. This venture is a realization of my passion for helping businesses grow through tailored, innovative branding solutions.
